Create an Automated Marketing Camapaign
Target customers directly with joe's new Automated Marketing Campaign, available at your fingertips in the joe Coffee App or on a Desktop.
How to Set Up a Campaign
- Log in to your joe Merchant Manager account
- Select your company and store location
- Tap the Marketing Tab from the left hand navigation menu bar followed by the Campaigns tab from the categories across the top
- If you like one of the pre-populated campaigns toggle them on or copy the campaign
- To create your own, tap the red Create Campaign button
- Add a title and a message
- Choose a promo code if you'd like to include that in the campaign
- Select your start date
- Select your cadence - once, daily, weekly
- and the time you'd like to send the campaign
- Choose your audience
- All customers or
- Custom audience where you can filter your audience by ratings, order status, and the last time customers' made an order at your shop
- Tap Launch
